Home Now

Very early morning 2.3 mile walk to Starbucks and back through the Coker Arboretum and UNC campus. Not a bad re-entry to the U.S. and NC. Weather was not dissimilar to Paris, though it will be 90 by this afternoon. Oh well....  Ooooo, just noticed, 77 for a high on Saturday! Now THAT'S what I'm talking about.

Please, as always, click on individual photos to enlarge.

Leaving Paris.....

Paris, Last Day

Spent my last day with my exquisite and wonderful friend elin o'Hara slavick. Strolled to Pontoise on the left bank and then all around Ile Saint-Louis. Afternoon and evening walks resulted in a fabulous pair of sunglasses and last visit to the Seine with Susan and Joel. Ahhh, I will surely return....

This afternoon's amazing cappuccino venue.

It is served with chocolate and whipped cream. Absolutely the best and richest thing I have ever drunk.
